I have increased the basic B&B rate from £60 to £70 – as advised for a minimum of 2 nights.
3 course dinner and packed lunch rates remain the same.

Note that rates are per person not per room.

Guests to pay ghillie directly by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
 
     
Machair Brown trout lochs: £45 per day for boat and 2 rods.  
Salmon & Sea Trout lochs: £60 - £80  

 

 

Fishing permits for both Estate and Suac lochs should be arranged directly with Stòras Uibhist (the Estate office).

Note

On my limited turnover debit and credit cards have proved to be a cost too far.
BACs transfer within the UK are free of charge and Bank transfers from abroad will be charged by your Bank to you. I will therefore no longer be taking card payments.


I am happy to accept payment by Cheque, Cash or Bank transfer to suit you.

Guests are welcome to bring dogs but they are not allowed in the bedrooms. They may sleep in the garage, or kitchen.

Terms and conditions

I reserve the right to ask for a deposit of £100 per person for stays of 3 nights or less, and £150 per person for stays of 4 nights or more.

In the event of a cancellation this deposit is refundable only if I can re-let the room.

In the event of cancellations for whatever reason within 6 weeks of the commencement of the stay I will charge the full half board rate (£97.50 per night per person) for all bed nights that I am unable to re-let.

You are strongly urged to take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

By confirming a booking by email you agree to these conditions.

Finally in the event that guests leave early during the period of their stay I reserve the right to charge the full amount for accommodation and dinners for the outstanding days.
